Boutique Supervisor – Luxury Fashion (Ready-to-Wear)

Location: Central (Direct MRT access)
Schedule: 5-day week (1 weekend off)
Package: Up to $4,500 Monthly Base + Commission + AWS (Average Monthly Gross up to $6,000+)

About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven Boutique Supervisor to drive sales performance and manage daily store operations for our client, a luxury retail brand. This is a hands-on role where you will split your time between closing luxury sales, coaching your team, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Performance: Lead by example on the floor, hit store targets, and motivate the team to drive sales.
• Coach & Mentor: Support and develop junior stylists to elevate their service and sales skills.
• Boutique Operations: Manage daily store opening/closing, inventory control, and stock reporting.
• Brand Identity: Keep the shop floor and visual merchandising immaculate and aligned with luxury standards.

What You Need

• At least 6 years in luxury retail (bags, shoes, RTW, accessories), with 2+ years leading a team.
• A proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• High energy, a professional presence, and a natural ability to connect with people.
• Flexibility to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is a huge plus.
