Bowling Center Manager

This is a NAF position with the 17th Force Support Squadron, located at the Bowling Center on Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, Texas. This position is considered Regular Full-Time (RFT). You are guaranteed 35 hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours/week. You may be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. As a RFT employee, you are eligible to earn annual/sick leave and sign up for benefits, to include Health/Dental and Life Insurance, 401k and NAF Retirement.

Implements higher-level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of food and beverage, recreational and promotional programs and establishes, reviews, and evaluates food service, purchase of supplies, equipment and resale merchandise. Prepares budget, analyzes financial results and maintains solid financial condition of the center. Manages real property resources and provides expert advice on renovations, improvements, minor and major construction and ensures that maintenance and preventative maintenance are performed on all bowling-related facilities and equipment. Coordinates with the Marketing Office for publicity/marketing materials to promote use of facility. Works with the Resource Management Flight Chief to ensure resource protection and internal controls are met. Writes and evaluates personnel position guides and descriptions.
