BOWLING FACILITY MANAGER

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Bowling Facility Manager, responsible for the business, administrative, and fiscal operations of the bowling facility. Organizes, develops programs, plans, and supervises the daily activities of the bowling facility operation. Daily supervision will be provided to ensure all eligible patrons and their guest are provided the best possible customer service and programming.

Plans, develops, and organizes Bowling Facility activities designed to maintain financial solvency and meet the recreational and leisure needs of the customer. Prepares budget, analyzes financial results and maintains solid financial condition of installation's Bowling Facility. Represents the installations bowling facility with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
