Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Box Truck Delivery Driver to transport products and merchandise in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have prior box truck driving experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe and efficient deliveries
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Previous experience driving a box truck is required.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move packages or merchandise.
- Strong navigation and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Hours
- Full-time position.
- Schedule may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Overtime may be available based on business needs.
Availability
- Must be available to work local, regional, or long-distance delivery routes as assigned.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing delivery schedules and routes.
Job Responsibilities
- Load and unload products.
- Drive delivery routes safely and efficiently.
- Inspect vehicles before and after trips.
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery and mileage records.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
