BP-Technical Strategy Specialist
Description
【Job Summary】
We are looking for a Technology Strategy Specialist to join our Technology Strategy & Development team. In this role, you will help shape Wiwynn’s future technology directions and identify potential growth engines for Wiwynn’s Pioneering Center.
As a cross-domain technology strategist, you will evaluate prioritized emerging technology opportunities, customers, partners, analysts, standards organizations, and internal stakeholders. You will structure ambiguous questions, compare technology and ecosystem options, and translate findings into decision-ready technology plans and technology enablement proposals. The scope may span Advanced Packaging and Chiplet architectures, CPO/NPO and next-generation interconnects, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Quantum infrastructure, and other frontier technologies relevant to AI infrastructure.
Designed for an agile systems thinker rather than a single-domain specialist. The role requires rapid onboarding into unfamiliar fields, close collaboration with domain experts, and the ability to convert technical uncertainty into clear recommendations, capability roadmaps, and early validation/PoC initiatives.
【Essential Job Functions】

Evaluate emerging technology signals and opportunities. Rapidly develop structured technical and strategic assessments for prioritized topics.
- Technology Strategy & Business Model Analysis:
Develop and maintain, technology strategy one-pagers, and related decision artifacts to assess customer problems, strategic timing, Wiwynn relevance, differentiation, ecosystem roles, business potential, and investment logic.
- Feasibility & Architecture Analysis:
Evaluate technology maturity, system implications, architecture options, key constraints, critical assumptions, and early validation paths. Define the evidence and success criteria required for the next decision.
- Technology Enablement Planning:
Identify capability gaps and translate strategic direction into actionable technology development plans, including Build/Buy/Partner recommendations, reference architectures, validation approaches, milestones, required resources, and expected technology assets.
- Technology Partner Assessment:
Assess potential technology partners, ecosystem players, consortiums, and academic research labs. Lead the technical evaluation of technology fit, roadmap alignment, system integration, dependencies, support model, and IP boundaries.
- Early-Stage Validation & PoC Definition:
Define the strategic purpose, technical hypothesis, scope, success criteria, and expected decision outcomes for early research and validation or PoC activities. Collaborate with relevant engineering teams that perform project execution, implementation, and validation.
- Strategic Advisory & Communication:
Serve as a technical strategy advisor across teams. Translate complex or vague concepts into concise recommendations, technology roadmaps, capability plans, and executive-ready decision packages for leadership review.
- Knowledge & IP Development:
Support the creation of reusable technology assets, including white papers, reference architectures, technology position statements, patent targets, trade-secret opportunities, and technology transfer packages.
