BPM Architect US Healthcare

Mandatory Skills: BPM, BPMN 2.0, BPM Architecture, Workflow Design, API Integration.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced BPM Architect with strong expertise in business process management, workflow design, and API integrations, preferably in the US Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end business workflows using BPMN standards.
• Develop and optimize BPM architecture and workflow solutions.
• Design workflow orchestration, business rules, approvals, and exception handling.
• Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure workflow solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

• 6- 10 years of experience in BPM and workflow architecture.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow design.
• Hands-on experience in API integration (REST/SOAP).
• Experience with BPM tools such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, or IBM BPM is preferred.

Domain Requirements:

• Strong US Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience in Provider Credentialing or Provider Enrollment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of provider onboarding, payer enrollment, and healthcare workflows.
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance is an added advantage.
