Job Description:
1. Design, implement, and maintain BPM workflows and forms based on business requirements
2. Administer and monitor BPM system performance, ensuring stability and efficiency
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BPM processes with SAP systems
4. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BPM-related issues
5. Document workflow configurations and updates for audit and reference
6. Train internal users and promote BPM usage across departments
