BPM Engineer (Location: Taipei)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a BPM Engineer who can translate business needs into clean, reliable processes and support the implementation of a new electronic sign-off system. This role will also help expand the BPM platform into a connected workflow layer through automation and AI tool integration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Partner with the PM and external consultants to plan and deliver the end-to-end system implementation.
2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into executable BPM processes.
3. Design and develop workflows and electronic forms for the new sign-off system.
4. Build and maintain electronic forms, ensuring close integration between the process and form design.
5. Conduct testing, support go-live activities, and iterate based on user feedback.
Integrate the BPM system with other tools, including AI tools, to streamline and automate workflows.
6. Identify high-leverage automation opportunities with PMs, consultants, and end users.
7. Help shape how AI and automation can be embedded into future business processes.
