BPO & IT Specialist for DGFF (Business Process & IT Process Specialist)

Location: Slovenia, Croatia, or Serbia (1 position available)

We are looking for a proactive and analytical BPO Specialist to support business operations, process optimization, IT systems, and quality management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Document business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements.

· Review, analyze, and manage change requests and improvement proposals at regional and global levels.

· Implement corrective actions related to local business processes and system usage.

· Act as a subject matter expert and liaison for global and regional system and process change requests.

· Manage and ensure compliance with agreed business rules and standards.

· Coordinate local communication and implementation of process and system changes in cooperation with global stakeholders.

· Provide process and system support and deliver training to Super Users.

· Serve as the company's business and IT knowledge resource for projects and operational questions involving information technology.

· Support and maintain local IT infrastructure in cooperation with external IT service providers.

· Ensure proper functioning of IT equipment used by employees.

· Provide guidance for the development, implementation, and maintenance of Quality Management Systems.

· Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in business process management, IT systems support, quality management, process improvement, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience in process documentation, business applications, IT systems, stakeholder management, and project coordination.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be native speakers of the local language of the country in which they will be employed and be fluent in English.
