At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

In tax accounting services at PwC, you will assist businesses in preparing and reviewing tax provisions, tax returns, and financial statements, confirming compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.

Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

¿Cómo aportarás valor?

• Liderar el Departamento de Servicios de Outsourcing de Contabilidad.
• Supervisar la calidad y cumplimiento de los servicios prestados a clientes locales e internacionales.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas contables y regulatorias aplicables.
• Liderar y desarrollar equipos multidisciplinarios de profesionales.
• Brindar asesoría técnica en la preparación y revisión de estados financieros.
• Impulsar la excelencia operativa y la mejora continua en los procesos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Licenciatura en Contabilidad.
• Contador Público Autorizado (CPA).
• Estudios de especialización o maestría (deseable).
• Dominio avanzado del idioma inglés (oral y escrito).
• 5 años de experiencia comprobada liderando áreas de contabilidad, auditoría o servicios de outsourcing.
• Conocimiento sólido de: IFRS completas. IFRS para PYMES.
• Preparación y análisis de estados financieros.
• Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y gestión de clientes.
