Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organised BPO Recruiter to support recruitment operations for a well-established e-commerce company. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day recruitment activities and hiring requirements.

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.

• Manage candidate profiles and recruitment documentation.

• Coordinate with hiring teams and relevant stakeholders to support recruitment processes.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on recruitment progress.

• Provide administrative support for recruitment-related activities.
