Job Description:
Support Sales Team and Sales Back Office in managing Price Change Requests (PCR)
Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Customer Master Data digital platform
Oversee and drive resolution of pricing discrepancies
Monitor European Economic trends (e.g., raw material, foreign exchange, energy markets) and assess potential business impact
Develop and publish a regular newsletter covering European Economic insights
Provide ad hoc analytical and operational support to the Sales Team
Prepare and deliver monthly reports and KPIs, including
- PCR validation tracking
- Price discrepancies analysis
- European Sales profitability
- Overdue Invoice recovery performance
