Nutrien Branch Commercial & Sales Support Manager

What You'll Do:

Provide day-to-day administration support across the Hamilton and Casterton branch operations, helping the sales and branch teams run smoothly.
Support customer service activity, including front counter and phone enquiries, new account applications, Digital Hub and NPay requests.
Assist with branch finance administration, including banking, payment allocations, general ledger reconciliations, accounts payable approvals and credit card expense processing.
Support livestock sales administration, including processing sales activity, checking completion reports, rebates and agent payments.
Help coordinate branch marketing and promotional activities, including livestock sales, local campaigns, newsletters, media advertising and social media updates.
Assist with branch meetings, safety administration, office asset management, training coordination and general office support.

2+ years’ experience in administration, branch support, sales support or a similar operational support role.
A practical, organised approach and the ability to support multiple priorities across a busy branch environment.
Clear communication skills and confidence working with customers, branch teams, sales teams, agents and internal support functions.
Comfort working with day-to-day finance administration such as banking, reconciliations, accounts payable, debtor control and payment allocations.
A hands-on attitude and willingness to support across customer service, sales administration, livestock processing, marketing activity and general office operations.
Exposure to systems such as SAP, Expense8, PLASMA, Digital Hub, NPay or livestock sales administration will be highly regarded.
