What You’ll Do 工作内容 👀
✨ Lead, motivate & manage the outlet team
带领、激励及管理团队成员

✨ Drive sales performance & achieve outlet KPIs
达成分店销售业绩与 KPI 目标

✨ Oversee daily outlet operations
负责分店日常运作管理

✨ Coach, mentor & develop team members
培训、指导及提升团队表现

✨ Ensure excellent customer experience & service standards
提升顾客体验与服务水平 💖
