Sun Loan Company is currently seeking a reliable and ambitious Branch Manager to join our dynamic team! As a Branch Manager, you will be at the center of company operations and expected to motivate, train and manage your team to maximize financial goals, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, be organized, and successful in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations
Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Be a leader and mentor and assist in the training and development Loan Specialists
Create a culture that encourages growth, learning and success
Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
Professionally handle adverse customer situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business
Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collection calls
Tax preparation (may vary by location)
Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses
Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals

Requirements:

Loan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years’ prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries.
Must have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance.
