Branch Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced branch manager to lead our retail store in Tanta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor stock levels and visual merchandising
• Ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in retail management (fashion/sportswear preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Target-driven mindset
• Good appearance and professional attitude
