The Branch Manager will be responsible for all distribution, safety, training, personnel, maintenance, dispatching and other activities as required. Supervision of facility personnel to include yard expediters, drivers and administration. Ideally, you bring the ability to thrive with high operational autonomy and supportive guidance, alongside a strong commitment to empowering and supporting the team and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.


● Supervise facility operations, maintenance vendors, and transportation schedules to ensure equipment is maintained and customer requirements are met.
● Advance effective distribution processes and maintain accurate data entry related to product sales, purchasing, and raw materials.
● Will interface with regional sales and customers to foster high customer satisfaction and manage special projects.
● Maintain a safe, secure, and clean working environment while complying with Federal, State, and Corporate safety and environmental regulations.
● Recruit, hire, train, and guide team members according to Corporate guidelines, fulfilling all record-keeping requirements including performance evaluations and safety documentation.
● Manage Branch operations to ensure budgetary goals are met or advanced.
● Ensure our products consistently achieve or advance our QC standards using specified SOP testing methods.
● Partner with Production to streamline floor operations, communicate order status and safety metrics, and prevent shipping/receiving backlogs.
● Support workforce planning, track on-site assets (trailers/boxes), and verify quality assurance during loading and offloading operations.
● Identify safety hazards, equipment deficiencies, and facility issues to foster and coordinate corrective and preventative actions.
● Perform other duties as may be assigned by upper management.

Are you a MATCH?

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equal experience with formal technical
    training considered in conjunction with extensive, relevant experience. Military experience is acceptable.

  • Minimum 5 years Management experience in transportation, logistics, operations, or industrial

  • Candidates must have valid employment authorization in the U.S and must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Knowledge of use of computerized management systems

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize

  • Understand financial reports, budgetary methods, and forecasting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hazmat knowledge.
