Branch Manager

As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Burleigh Heads branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence and strong financial performance.

You will lead and develop a team across sales, warehouse and delivery functions while identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen customer relationships and improve branch profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all branch operations including sales, warehouse, administration and customer service
  • Drive sales growth, gross profit and branch performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Coach, mentor and develop Parts Interpreters, Warehouse and Delivery team members
  • Manage branch budgets, KPIs and performance targets
  • Oversee inventory management and operational efficiency
  • Process invoices, credits and warranty claims accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements
  • Foster a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
  • Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers across the region

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous leadership or branch management experience
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive sales and profitability
  • Excellent people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Outstanding communication and customer relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and time management
  • Sound computer literacy and administrative capabilities
  • Workplace Health & Safety knowledge and experience
  • A current unrestricted driver's licence
  • Experience within automotive parts, auto electrical, air-conditioning, industrial or related sectors will be highly regarded
