Branch Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and grow our Bangkok branch. This is a key leadership role for someone who is passionate about recruitment, business development, and building high-performing teams.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing operations, strengthening client partnerships, and shaping the future success of the branch.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage overall branch operations to achieve business and revenue targets
- Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing recruitment team
- Design and implement sales and recruitment strategies aligned with company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners
- Monitor recruitment pipeline, revenue performance, and key KPIs
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Prepare and present branch performance reports and market insights to senior management
Qualifications
- •Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, HR, or related fields
- •Minimum 7–10 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
- •At least 3 years of people management or leadership experience
- •Strong business development and client management skills
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Results-driven, proactive, and strong leadership mindset
