Branch Manager (Dental)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth operational activities at the branch, both directly and indirectly, for the benefit of the branch under their responsibility.
• Develop sales targets and business plans for the branch.
• Generate creative ideas and propose programs to increase revenue and patient visits at the branch.
• Strengthen networking to enhance the reputation of the branch and the company.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to superiors, both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze the market and a strong sales target orientation.
