Branch Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities: Responsibility for all local activities of the branch including but not limited to sales and business development, customs clearance, freight forwarding services and many more areas Financial responsibility for Branch performance, PNL, cashflow, month-end reporting, WIPS and accruals. Approving subcontractors, invoicing , costs and credit note Supervise, manage, train, and evaluate assigned deugro staff, achieving continuous improvement and quality standards Manage local project- and business development teams as well as close cooperation with the finance team Ensure that all operational activities are operating in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner and that all staff are working at optimum productivity Implement operational processes and policy management practices for the effective and timely execution of logistics activities providing quality solutions to our customers Achieve sales targets, increase market share, and deliver profitable bottom-line results for the branch operation measurable on the branch P L statement
