What you will do:

• Full Branch Operational Command – Direct all branch functions including maintenance, dispatch, logistics, safety, and quality. Own the performance metrics and continuously push for operational excellence.
• Team Leadership & Development – Build, coach, and lead a high-performing team. You will set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and hold your team members to high standards.
• Customer Experience & Relationship Management – Build and strengthen relationships with customers. Solve problems decisively and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
• Process Optimization – Identify inefficiencies and lead process improvements to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Quality & Safety Accountability – Ensure safety and quality standards are met. Conduct audits, enforce compliance, and ensure best-in-class outcomes across all branch activities.
• Logistics & Equipment Oversight – Oversee routing, scheduling, and fleet operations to ensure timely service and equipment reliability.

What you want to know:

• Annual Salary- $80,000+ based on experience and education
• Monthly Bonus when earned
