The role:
As the Branch Manager you will be running the branch and managing 5 people including a Field Sales Representative, Office Admin person, Stores Supervisor and 3 Store people
You will be involved in stock takes, ordering stock, managing the branch and making sure everything is running smoothly
The branch is involved in selling Hydraulics 40% and Pneumatics 60% - mainly components such as Valves, Cylinders, Couplings, Tubes, Hoses, Fittings etc…
The branch deals with some OEM's & End Users as well as a lot of MRO End Users
The branch turned over £900k-£1million last year and they are looking to maintain and grow the turnover
The ideal person:
Ideally someone with experience of Hydraulics and Pneumatics or at least 1 of the 2
MUST have some fluid power knowledge
Experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Internal Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Field Sales Representative and similar would be considered
Hard working, driven, self motivated, good people person, able to hit the ground running
