- As an Agency Manager, your principal job will be to plan where ships are to anchor or berth so that the required services can be rendered to the satisfaction of our clients and in line with local rules and regulations.
- To prepare /calculate number of Port Disbursement Accounts (PDA) required for each port of call and sent in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other management personnel to ensure that they can carry out their job with the greatest efficiency thereby ensuring client and organizational targets are met.
- Liaise daily with other port users, vendors, authorities, customers and suppliers. You will also develop close working relationships with the Terminal, Port Authorities, Customs and Immigration.
- Control all Non-Liner business and be responsible for ensuring the highest service standards &continuous improvement
- Manage Operational Performance & Quality, set up SOP's and KPI's to ensure conformity across is maintained.
- Maintaining and building business relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving complaints in a timely manner and conducting work as per procedures.
