Goodin Company is hiring an experienced Branch Manager to launch and lead our new Rosemount Minnesota branch. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to build a team, establish daily operations, strengthen customer relationships, and expand Goodin Company’s presence in the local market.

The Branch Manager will oversee operations, inventory, delivery, customer service, employee development, safety, and financial results. We are looking for a practical, people-focused leader who can coach employees, solve problems, make sound business decisions, and create a branch environment built on accountability, service, and results.

What You will Do

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse, delivery, inventory, counter service, and customer support.
• Build efficient workflows that support accurate inventory, timely deliveries, strong service levels, and profitable performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop branch employees while reinforcing accountability, teamwork, and a positive branch culture.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and sales teams to support retention and market growth.
• Monitor operational and financial results, use performance data to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement improvements.
• Lead branch safety efforts, reinforce safe work practices, and support incident follow-up and corrective action planning as needed.
