About the role

What you'll do

• Manage the team of professionals that make up the office, assign daily tasks, and establish a work dynamic among everyone that leads to meeting the objectives set by the Entity.

Supervise that the work is also well performed, and mediate in the client-employee relationship so that it develops in a cordial atmosphere.

• Teamwork, involving colleagues both in decision-making and in the prioritization of the workload, as well as delegating tasks to other members of the team.
• Analyze asset operations and prepare reports, promoting the cross-selling of the Entity's products.
• Commercial activities to initiate activity in the locality, and establish strategies to reach potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with the different work standards established by the Entity.
• Advisory and support for the client regarding financial, wealth, and tax matters.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, or similar.

Availability to travel.

Immediate start.

Previous experience in a similar position.
