Job Description
Team Management & Hospital Sales
Territory - west AAD
- Leading a team of ASMs & Sr. ASMs Hospital
- Building Strategy for growth for BD products with the branch
- Develop KOLs in the branch to drive advocacy for BD product
- Enhance penetration of AAD products across the accounts in GMP
- Maintain commercial hygiene in the branch
- coaching & guiding the team in day to say sales operation along with career development
- Monthly reviews with team & management on the performance of the branch
