Branch Manager Company: Indo European Job Location: Patiala, Punjab, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years Job Description: Branch Manager Patiala Company: Indo European Study Abroad Consultant Location: Patiala, Punjab Salary: 812 LPA Minimum Experience: 5+ years in the study-abroad industry Working Days: 6 days a week Working Hours: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM About the Role Indo European Study Abroad Consultant is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage our Patiala branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the study-abroad industry, team management, student counselling, business development, and branch operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch revenue, managing daily operations, ensuring excellent student service, and achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall operations and performance of the Patiala branch. Lead, supervise, and motivate the counselling, sales, and operations teams. Develop strategies to achieve branch revenue, enrolment, and conversion targets. Oversee student counselling and ensure high-quality guidance regarding international education opportunities. Monitor student applications, admissions, documentation, and visa-processing coordination. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and other stakeholders. Generate business opportunities through lead management, follow-ups, referrals, and local marketing activities. Monitor team performance, lead conversion rates, and monthly business targets. Ensure proper CRM usage, accurate reporting, and timely follow-ups. Handle escalated student queries and resolve operational issues efficiently. Prepare regular performance reports and provide updates to senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of customer service. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the study-abroad or international education industry. Previous experience in a branch management, team leadership, or senior counselling role is preferred. Strong knowledge of international admissions, student recruitment, and visa processes. Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Experience in CRM management, sales reporting, and lead conversion. Ability to manage branch operations independently and drive business growth.
