Responsibilities:

• Strategic development and management of the branch;
• Coordinating the sales and promotion process of banking products;
• Administration and continuous development of the branch's client/product/service portfolio and decision-making;
• Managing branch employees and providing support in identifying solutions;
• Managing risks related to the branch's activity;
• Ensuring the integrity of the branch's assets.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the economic field;
• Minimum 1 year of similar banking experience;
• Experience in lending and customer service;
• Impeccable business reputation;
• Organizational and analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Romanian, Russian, and English (advantage);
• Developed communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
