YOUR TASKS

  • Comprehensive management and oversight of the efficient operation of the company's branch in Warsaw (Młochów)
  • Organization and supervision of the timely execution of pallet shipment transportation.
  • Effective management of operational teams, drivers, and administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service quality for customers.
  • Budget oversight, including planning and monitoring the achievement of key KPIs.
  • Driving transportation cost efficiency in the areas of collection, distribution, and linehaul operations.Initiating operational process improvements within the branch to optimize workforce utilization.
  • Collaborating with the company's central functions and other business units to support business growth and development.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through direct contact and the proactive development of optimal solutions.
  • Creating a collaborative and positive work environment through relationship building, team motivation, talent identification, and talent development.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by implementing and developing LEAN concepts in cooperation with central business units.
  • Organizing work in compliance with 5S Safety standards, the Labor Code, and Health & Safety regulations.

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a logistics branch or 5 years of experience managing a specific operational area, such as collection and distribution.
  • Practical knowledge of road transport operations; experience in palletized freight transportation is considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in managing diverse teams across different functional areas.High level of independence, accountability, and responsibility in decision-making.
  • Proactive approach to tasks, with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and motivate team members.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving objectives and driving branch development.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate performance and optimize costs.
  • Good command of English, enabling effective and confident communication.
