Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional beauty and skincare consultations with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

• Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.

• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, efficiently, and courteously.

• Maintain a well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.

• Lead, motivate, and guide a team of beauty therapists to achieve business and sales targets.

• Demonstrate strong management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Be creative, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work well under pressure.

• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the beauty, spa, beauty consultancy, or retail industry.

• Recognised beauty therapy qualifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, NSRS, NITEC, or WSQ certificates will be an advantage.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead a team of up to 15 staff.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.

• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.
