Branch Manager of Fixed Operations

Allegiance Trucks has an exciting opportunity at our growing dealership for a Fixed Operations Branch Manager! As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of the parts and service departments
Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments
Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments
Develop employees to enhance their performance and career growth
Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally
Foster a positive work environment
Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings
Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or a related field (preferred)
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field
Valid state driver's license is required
Must maintain a clean driving record
