Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
- Oversee and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Take full accountability for the branch’s P&L.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing, industrials, construction, logistic, office and/or driving sectors.
- Sales-focused and results-oriented.
- Well-versed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
- Educated to A-level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
