Branch Manager

We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Branch Manager to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse or distribution management, a thorough understanding of waterworks products, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the branch meets both operational and customer service goals.

STAline Waterworks is a Charlotte, NC based distributor of waterworks products and related items to contractors and municipalities. Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four year college or technical school
• Minimum 2 years work experience managing a warehouse/distribution facility
• Knowledge about waterworks products strongly preferred
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
