the branch while you’re simultaneously developing business in the community
- Ability to establish and maintain positive
working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide advice
and assistance
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally

- Committed to lifelong learning in the pursuit
of employee wellness alongside staying ahead of the ever-changing landscape of
financial services, management and customer service practices/techniques
- Strong conflict resolution management and
problem-solving skills

- Result oriented, honest, decisive and flexible
- Two
years post-secondary education in financial management or a related field
including or supplemented by courses related to the work and considerable
supervisory and administrative experience in the financial industry.
- Understanding
of credit union operations including financial, lending, administrative, and
other operational procedures, practices and requirements.
- Understands
of the principles, practices, methods, techniques of business development
- Understands
the nature, function and analysis of financial statements
- Five
years of senior branch management experience in a comprehensive financial
institution environment.
- Two
years of proven capabilities in external business development.
- Two
years of retail lending experience.
- Equivalent
combination of the above may be appropriate.

- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
