Zhivago is looking for an experienced branch manager to join our team at Mall of Egypt.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory and stock levels efficiently.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in branch/store management.
- Previous experience in fashion retail branch management is essential.
- Proven experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze performance and implement improvement plans.
