About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the branch while coaching, mentoring, and developing a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service. You'll be responsible for driving branch performance, fostering employee engagement and accountability, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a culture where employees feel empowered to grow and succeed.

Success in this role means balancing people leadership with business results-motivating your team to achieve goals, strengthening member relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring every member receives an exceptional experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in financial services, retail leadership, customer service management, or a related field
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching, developing, and motivating employees
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze branch performance, and drive results in a service-focused environment
  • A collaborative leader who leads by example and is passionate about developing both people and business success
