Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Windhoek operations within the automotive sector.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise all daily branch operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team through effective scheduling, training initiatives, and performance coaching.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear targets, monitoring progress, and implementing strategies to exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory control processes to minimize losses and ensure optimal product availability.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to maintain fiscal health and operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to make informed decisions and resolve operational challenges.
  • Handle conflict resolution and personnel issues promptly and professionally to maintain a harmonious workplace.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, compliance regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office tools to generate accurate reports and streamline administrative tasks.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years of progressive experience in management roles, preferably within the automotive or motor spares industry.
  • Possession of a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proven track record in leadership, team management, and staff development.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategies, target achievement, and customer relationship management.
  • Solid knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and supply chain logistics specific to the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse groups.
  • Advanced computer literacy with a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated administrative and organizational capabilities, including experience in staff scheduling and training.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts constructively.
  • A Valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
