BRANCH OPERATION SUPPORT STAFF

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the branch office and its operations within PT Japfa Food Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist in the daily operational activities of the branch, including data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
* Support branch management in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative tasks.
* Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, sales) to facilitate branch operations.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries.
* Maintain and organize office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
* Assist in monitoring and reporting on branch performance metrics.
* Support inventory management and stock reconciliation processes.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
* Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
* Experience in the food industry or a similar sector is an advantage.
