职位概述 /Job Summary
高级运营经理负责监督日常运营，确保组织的效率、质量和生产力。该岗位需规划、协调和管理运营流程，同时支持业务增长和客户满意度。
The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations,ensuring efficiency, quality, and productivity across the organization. Thisrole involves planning, coordinating, and managing operational processes whilesupporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
1. 负责中心的日常运营及行政管理 / Manage andoptimize day-to-day operations of the centre
2. 制定并执行中心的教务及学生管理政策和流程 / Develop andimplement operational policies and procedures in teaching management
3. 领导和激励教师团队, 制定绩效目标并进行定期评估/ Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers. Set performance goals and conductregular evaluations.
4. 监控关键绩效指标（KPI）并向管理层汇报/ Monitor KPIs and prepare reports for management review.
5. 负责中心的财务及人事管理，与内部及外部利益相关方保持沟通，确保运营顺畅 / Be responsiblefor finance and HR management of the centre, liaise with internal and externalstakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
任职资格/ Qualifications & Requirements
1. 本科及以上学历，商业管理、运营管理或教育相关专业 / Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education, or relatedfield.
2. 至少5年教育行业运营或相关管理经验/ Minimum 5 years of experience in Education industry operations or relevantmanagerial role.
3. 了解使用新媒体进行市场运营，熟悉运营流程、项目管理及流程改进 / Familiarwith using new media for marketing operations, strong knowledge of operationalprocedures, project management, and process improvement.
4. 优秀的领导力、沟通能力和解决问题能力 / Excellent leadership,communication, and problem-solving skills.
5. 熟练使用办公软件/运营管理软件Proficient in MS Office & operations management software.
