Desired Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Pursuing Graduates (final year), Graduates or Postgraduate freshers.
- Age Range: 18 years to 25 years.
- Documents Required: Updated Resume, Pan Card, Aadhar card, Driving Licence & highest educational mark sheets / certificates.
- Location: Any branch across Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
- Job Suitability: Candidates should demonstrate willingness to work in field sales, interact with customers and undertake business development activities.
Internship Tenure & Stipend
- These interns will be designated as 'SALES INTERN' with an initial internship period of 3 months / 90 days.
- Interns will be paid a monthly stipend of ₹10,000/- during the internship period. Additionally, a monthly local conveyance of upto ₹1,000/- can also be claimed as reimbursement.
- At the end of the initial tenure, the candidate’s performance and suitability will be reviewed, and one of the following decisions may be taken:
Absorption into Permanent Employment: Good performing Interns may be considered for absorption as a Relationship Manager at Assistant Manager grade / Gross salary of ₹20,000/- per month.
