Provide operational and system support to branches.
Resolve, monitor, and escalate branch concerns as needed.
Coordinate and document branch requests, issues, and implementations.
Qualifications:
Must be a BSIT graduate or any related course
Preferable residing in Marilao, Bocaue, Meycauayan, or in any nearby municipalities.
Skills Required:
Communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Computer and technical skills (IT Experience is an advantage)
