Parookaville. Wacken Open Air. Rock am Ring. What if bringing HOLY to Germany's biggest and wildest festivals was actually your job?
From creating unforgettable brand experiences for hundreds of thousands of festivalgoers to turning ambitious ideas into massive onsite activations – you'll be right in the middle of it all. As our Brand Activation Manager (f/m/d) – Festivals, you'll take ownership of your own festivals from the first crazy idea to the final breakdown, working with festival organizers, production partners and onsite crews to make the impossible happen. Big crowds, bold ideas, tight deadlines and no room for boring activations. If you love the energy of live events, thrive under pressure and know how to turn creative concepts into flawless execution, this might be exactly your kind of job.
You'll join a hungry, ambitious Brand Activation team of exceptional project managers who combine bold creativity with commercial thinking and relentless execution to scale one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer brands through Consumer Fairs, Festivals, Sports Sponsoring, Pop-Up Stores and Special Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Own Festival Activations End-to-End: Independently plan and execute assigned festival projects, from initial concept and budgeting to production, onsite execution and evaluation. Manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables, taking on increasingly complex festivals with support from our Senior Brand Activation Manager.
- Create Unforgettable Festival Experiences: Develop exciting activation concepts, sampling mechanics and creative brand moments that make HOLY stand out in a crowded festival environment. Turn ambitious ideas into realistic execution plans that engage festivalgoers, drive product trial and create lasting Brand Love.
- Manage Partners, Production & Onsite Teams: Work directly with festival organizers, rights holders, agencies, production partners and external service providers. Coordinate infrastructure, logistics, staffing and promoter briefings, lead temporary onsite teams and ensure every activation meets HOLY's high quality standards – even when things get hectic.
- Connect Teams & Drive Performance: Collaborate closely with Partnerships, Community and Content to turn festival activations into integrated brand experiences. Own assigned project budgets, track KPIs such as Trials, Reach, New Customers and Brand Love, and use visitor feedback and performance data to continuously improve future activations.
- Help Shape the Future of HOLY Festivals: Proactively bring new ideas, identify opportunities and contribute to the development of our Festivals roadmap. Help build scalable activation concepts, playbooks and processes, share learnings across the team and support the rollout of successful formats in international markets.
- Experienced Festival & Event Manager: You bring hands-on experience in festival management, live events, brand activation or experiential marketing – ideally having worked on large-scale festival activations for consumer brands. You've already managed your own events or significant project workstreams from planning through onsite execution.
- Organized & Ownership-Driven: You're structured, reliable and comfortable coordinating complex productions, multiple suppliers, budgets and tight timelines. You take responsibility, think ahead and know when to involve others in more complex decisions.
- Creative Brand Enthusiast: You love creating memorable experiences and have a strong sense for what makes a brand stand out at festivals. You bring fresh ideas and know how to turn them into concepts that actually work onsite.
- Outstanding Communicator & Team Player: You're confident working with festival organizers, rights holders, agencies, promoters and internal teams. You communicate proactively, align different stakeholders and bring people together to make great things happen.
- Hands-on & Stress-Resilient: You thrive in the fast-paced world of festivals, stay calm when plans change and find pragmatic solutions under pressure. You're happy to roll up your sleeves, take responsibility onsite and make things happen.
- Commercially Minded & Eager to Grow: You understand that great festival activations should deliver measurable impact, not just look impressive. You're curious, proactive and excited to take on increasingly complex projects while helping HOLY continuously improve its festival presence.
