Brand Ambassador/Street Team Member

Job Summary:
99.9 Sun FM, 101.5 GO FM, and AM1150 are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to represent our stations at community events and on-location broadcasts.

We’re seeking friendly, energetic, and confident individuals who excel at communication, can work both independently and in team settings, and are quick thinkers capable of adapting to a variety of situations. Candidates must be available on Saturdays, Sundays, and some weekdays with flexible hours for events.

What you’ll do:

Set up and tear down of events including heavy equipment like tents as well as technical equipment for on-site broadcasts
Being knowledgeable on the radio station and representing the station brand in a professional manner
Animating crowds, attracting attention, engaging, and interacting with listeners
Running on site contests and distribute promotional materials Taking photos and posting on social media
Working at indoor events as well as outside in all weather conditions
Working weekends and evenings as events require
Represent the radio station at various community events.
Operate the station's branded vehicle during promotional events, ensuring high visibility of the station.

What you Bring

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing to a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable interacting with the public and representing the station in a professional manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract and ability to be insured.
Ability to lift and transport promotional materials and equipment as required.
Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Work Schedule

Casual position with no guarantee of minimum weekly hours.
This is a fixed-term contract position.
Hours will vary based on event schedules and operational needs.
Primarily weekend shifts, with some weekday and evening shifts required.
Availability to work holidays is required.
Schedule will be flexible and communicated in advance based on event planning requirements.
