Brand Ambassador – Dialed Moods

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Brand Ambassador, employed by HR MGMT 10, LLC as the Employer of Record, is a full-time, salaried position responsible for promoting Dialed Moods products and services to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role requires professionally representing the brand at retail locations, scheduled routes, promotional events, and community engagements while building strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and stakeholders. The Brand Ambassador is expected to reliably attend and fulfill all assigned routes, scheduled events, and brand activations while maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, outgoing professional who thrives in a dynamic, customer-facing environment and is committed to expanding the brand's presence through relationship building, promotional activities, and retail account development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Representation

• Serve as the face of Dialed Moods and Dialed Health, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s mission, values, and reputation.

Customer Engagement

• Interact with customers, educating them on product features, benefits, and proper use to drive loyalty and sales.

Event Participation

• Attend and support promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

• Maintain a flexible full-time schedule to accommodate business needs, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Product Promotion

• Distribute promotional materials, samples, and other resources while effectively communicating key product information.

Feedback Collection

• Gather insights from customers, retailers, and events to provide valuable input to the marketing and sales teams.

Retail Support

• Assist retail partners with merchandising, in-store promotions, and product demonstrations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to support brand visibility, product placement, and account growth.

Business Development and Host Recruitment

• Identify and recruit prospective hosts for the Dialed Health app, supporting their successful onboarding and first event.

• Identify opportunities to establish new Dialed Moods retail accounts and encourage repeat orders.

Social Media Engagement

• Collaborate on creating and sharing engaging content on social platforms to connect with target audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Passion for the health & wellness industry and a strong understanding of Dialed Moods products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business and event needs.

• Self-motivated, outgoing, and energetic personality.

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or promotional roles preferred.

• Strong relationship-building and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of state-specific cannabis compliance regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and carry promotional materials and product samples (up to 25 lbs).

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, field-based position involving work in various settings, including retail locations, trade shows, outdoor events, and office environments. Travel within the designated territory is required. The position requires flexibility to support promotional events and business activities outside of traditional business hours as needed.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $75,000 annually

• Employment Status: Full-Time

• Performance-Based Incentives: Additional earning opportunities through host recruitment and retail account development.

Additional Commission and Bonus Opportunities

• Host Onboarding Commission: $10 for each host recruited who is fully onboarded and hosts their first event on the Dialed Health app.
