About the Role

Gemini Healthcare is seeking a vibrant, creative, and tech-savvy Brand Ambassador to lead our marketing, social media, and event planning efforts across our coverage area! In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand—telling the stories of our facilities, connecting with local families, and organizing unforgettable community events.

We are looking for a forward-thinking professional who can blend traditional grassroots outreach with modern marketing tools, including utilizing generative AI to elevate our content strategy. If you love creating engaging digital content, organizing events from scratch, and building meaningful connections in the community, this is the perfect opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Local Marketing: Build a strong network of community relationships to raise brand awareness and support our regional facilities.
• Own Social Media & AI Workflow: Capture and create engaging daily content (photos, videos, and updates) that highlights facility milestones, staff spotlights, and vibrant resident life. Utilize AI efficiency tools to scale content production, draft copy, and enhance creative visual design.
• Event Planning & Hosting: Design and execute outstanding events, from public open houses and health fairs to internal celebrations and educational seminars.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as the primary representative for Gemini Healthcare at local networking events, business expos, and community gatherings.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Knowledge: A strong working knowledge of generative AI tools (such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva AI) to optimize marketing, content creation, and workflow efficiency.
• Experience: 2+ years of success in marketing, social media management, event coordination, or public relations. (Healthcare or senior care experience is a plus!)
• Creative Skills: A natural content creator who knows how to capture great photos/videos and write compelling captions.
• Personality: An outgoing, enthusiastic, and empathetic communicator who genuinely loves connecting with people.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Must love being on the move! This position requires daily travel within the Fort Worth area and occasional evening or weekend availability to host events.
