What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and execute brand marketing & consumer growth strategies that align with company goals.
Define campaign positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
Campaign | Activity goals set up with focus on growth and targeted metrics
Preparation of marketing materials for the activity/campaign
Collaborate with internal teams for marketing activities and support sales/product teams with their needs from marketing team
Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Manage online/offline marketing activities which includes : webinars, trainings, seminars, exhibitions, brand activation and outreach activities
Identify strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts for mutual benefit.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred for some positions.
2 - 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
A well-rounded marketing professional with experience across multiple marketing functions, beyond social media and digital marketing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
Understanding of the marketing/media industry landscape, market trends, and consumer behaviour relevant to the brand's target audience.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms for tracking and measuring campaign performance.
Experience in consumer or brand marketing.
