The Role
We're looking for someone with genuine taste and adisciplined eye — someone who can take our existing brand system and make itcome to life across every touchpoint, without needing to reinvent it. You'll bethe person who catches the typo before it goes to print, who knowsinstinctively when a layout is 90% right and fixes the last 10%, and who cantake a rough brief and make good default decisions.
You'll own design, written content, and brand consistencyend-to-end, and play a hands-on supporting role in our paid campaigns and tradeexhibitions — working alongside our BD lead and sales team rather than leadingthose independently.
What You'll Own
Collateral & Print Production
- Company and product brochures, spec sheets, signage, exhibition materials, and print-ready files, built to a professionalstandard with zero tolerance for typos or inconsistent formatting
- Manage the print production process end-to-end:proofing, vendor liaison, and sign-off before anything goes to press
Website & Digital Upkeep
- Keep our company web page updated with newproducts, projects, and pages if needed
- Ongoing fixes and improvements to layout, imagery, typography, and UI/UX consistency on our company website
- Keep the site visually and functionallyconsistent
Written & Visual Content
- Write and publish blog posts and LinkedIncontent (company page) that build credibility with architects, developers, andspecifiers — topics and positioning set by leadership, drafting and executionowned by you
- Photo and video content capture andediting/curation for social media and marketing use
- Turn project completions and technical materialinto content that reads as credible, not promotional
Brand Consistency & QC
- Act as the last line of defence on fonts, colours, spacing, and tone across every piece of collateral before it ships orprints
- Flag and fix inconsistencies proactively, notjust when asked
Design System Stewardship
- Maintain and extend our templates and brandguidelines so quality doesn't depend on one person's memory
- Keep all brand assets organised and current in asingle, shared source of truth
Where You'll Support
Paid Advertising
- Assist our paid media specialist with campaigncreative, ad copy, and platform-ready assets
- Help monitor campaign performance and flaganything that looks off — a second set of eyes, not the strategic owner
- Campaign strategy, budget, and platformmanagement sit with our paid media specialist
Exhibitions & Events
- Support exhibition planning and logistics:materials preparation, vendor coordination support, and on-site assistanceduring setup and the event itself
- Help with post-event follow-up and contentcapture
- Overall event leadership, budget, and finaldecisions sit with the BD lead
