Brand Designer
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Brand Designer who thinks in systems and executes with precision. You sit at the
intersection of brand identity and digital design - fluent in both the strategic logic of a brand and the craft
of bringing it to life across screens, campaigns, and marketing touchpoints.
You understand that a brand isn't a logo - it's a system. And you know how to build, maintain, and evolve
that system so that every asset, every screen, and every piece of communication feels like it came from
the same place.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Apna's brand identity system - maintaining consistency across every digital and physical touchpoint
- Design and deliver marketing assets for web and app - banners, landing pages, in-app creatives, and campaign visuals
- Design social media creatives across formats - feed posts, stories, carousels, ads — that are on-brand and visually strong
- Produce digital assets for campaigns, emailers, display ads, in-app banners, and web
- Handle print design across formats - brochures, flyers, standees, backdrops, hoardings, event collateral
- Design website pages, landing pages, and microsites in Figma
- Create web banners and marketing assets for digital platforms with the right specs and visual precision
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into polished visual outputs
- Use AI design tools actively to push quality, speed and innovation
Requirements
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–6 years of experience in graphic design - portfolio must show range across social, digital, and print
- StroGreat understanding of AI design tools like - Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Gemini, Seedance, Kling or equivalent - used to produce real work, not just experiment
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop - as your primary production environment
- Solid Figma skills - enough to design website pages, microsites, and web assets with proper layout, components, and developer-ready handoff
- Proven print production knowledge - bleed, resolution, colour profiles, material specs, vendor coordination across brochures, standees, backdrops, and hoardings
- Understanding of digital production requirements - platform specs, responsive basics, banner sizing, web asset formats
- You treat feedback as part of the process, not the end of it - and your work gets better every round
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience working on a SAAS/tech brand - understanding of vernacular communication contexts
- Motion design basics for simple animated social or web assets
- Background in working with creative agencies
- Background in or exposure to brand identity projects - rebrands, identity system builds, or brand guideline documentation
- Familiarity with AI animation pipelines - using image-to-video or text-to-video models in real production work
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
- You're fast, versatile, and maintain quality, whether you're designing a hoarding or a web banner
- You have strong instincts about what looks right - and the craft to back them up
- You take full ownership of a brief from start to final output - no half-finished files
- You're proactive, fast, and self-directed - you don't wait to be told what needs to look better
