Brand Designer

You will lead brand and product design from concept to launch, partnering with product managers, engineers, designers, marketing, support, and leadership. You will translate complex concepts into clear usable experiences for millions, design simple and effective brand elements, influence product direction, and raise the quality and accessibility of the UX.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand design for products and features from concept to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, product designers, marketing, support, and executive leadership
• Translate complex conceptual ideas into clear usable interfaces across desktop and mobile
• Contribute to strategic product and brand decisions and define brand direction
• Raise the quality and accessibility of crypto user experience for everyday people
• Design simple, elegant brand elements that communicate effectively

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a brand design generalist
• Experience presenting work to creative teams and leaders and articulating goals and concepts
• Motion design and visual design skills with proficiency in desktop and mobile UI, color, layout, typography, and iconography
• Experience leading brand direction, developing brand goals, and making strategic design decisions based on user and business impact
